  Taken off your total. Non-refundable if you cancel.

• Cancel up to 1 day before

  Cancel with less notice than that and the deposit is kept.

• No-shows are charged the full price

• 10-minute grace period, then a £10 late fee

  More than 20 minutes late and the appointment may be cancelled.

• Hair not included, please bring your own

  Hair should be dropped off at least 4 days before; late drop-off is a £20 emergency fee.
