More than 20 minutes late and the appointment may be cancelled.
Arrive with clean hair
Wigs for a reinstall should be clean, with no glue on the lace.
Hair not included, please bring your own
Hair/units must be dropped off in person at least 7 days before your appointment or a late fee applies.
Rescheduling
You may reschedule once, within the same month, using the same deposit.
