  Taken off your total. Non-refundable if you cancel.

• Cancel up to 2 days before

  Cancel with less notice than that and the deposit is kept.

• 15-minute grace period, then a £10 late fee

  More than 20 minutes late and the appointment may be cancelled.

• Arrive with hair washed and blow-dried

  No oils, grease or styling products.

• Hair not included, please bring your own

  Frontals/wigs must be dropped off 7 days before; late fees £15-£30 apply nearer the date.
